By accessing or using Hoardex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Scope
Hoardex is a business software platform for inventory, campaign, import, export, and collaboration workflows. We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time.
3. Accounts and Access
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for account credentials and security.
- Admin users are responsible for managing team access and privileges.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use, abuse, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- No unauthorized access to other organizations' data.
- You must have rights to upload all files, images, and data you submit.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant us a limited right to process data solely to operate and support the service.
6. Payments and Billing
Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms are governed by your commercial agreement, invoice, or order form with Hoardex.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoardex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Hoardex harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws per your commercial agreement and jurisdiction requirements.
